The Process

There are two ways to get in touch.

This will be a quick 15 minutes to get to know each other. You’ll share your current business needs, dreams, goals and I’ll share what I’m able to offer, my process, and what to expect. These calls will take place over Google Meet or Phone - your choice!

If we feel like it’s a good match after our intro call, I’ll send you a project proposal based on what I heard on our initial call. If you like what you see, we can get an agreement in place. Have changes to the scope of work? No worries! Send me your feedback and we can work through it.
Once we get an agreement in place, I’ll ask for a 50% deposit before the work starts.

The 1-hour strategy call is where we’ll go through the nitty gritty of the website. This is where I’ll have a list of questions for you, but again, don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers! If you prefer, I can send you a worksheet for you to fill out.

Once I have all the info I need, I start building your website! This process will take about 1-2 weeks for a 3-5 page website. (This will vary depending on the full scope of the project. Timelines will be communicated at the start of each project.)

Once the website is done, I’ll send you a link to your website and will schedule a call for us to go over it together. I’ll get your initial thoughts and feedback. I provide 1 round of changes. Additional changes may be an extra fee.

We hit publish and launch your new website to the world wide web!
I provide 1 month of general maintenance and email support after go live. Additional maintenance support is a separate service.

The timeline typically depends on a variety of factors including scope of the project and how much content needs to be created. However, I do my best to work with each client’s timeline so please let me know of any relevant deadlines!

My go-to website builder is currently squarespace. However, if there is a client preference, I am also able to create websites on shopify, wordpress, or wix.

I can help secure your domain, integrate apps, and even provide training after the project is done. Basically, I am open to helping in whatever way possible so feel free to ask!
